How To Put New String On A Fishing Pole

Properly "stringing" a fishing pole involves loading the reel with the correct line and and then threading the line-fishing line from the reel through the guides on the fishing pole. An angler using the steps below will exist able to properly "string" a spinning rod.

Step 1

Mount the spinning reel on the angling pole by sliding the reel into place on the rod's reel seat and tightening the "property band" until the reel is firmly in identify. The properly positioned spinning reel volition hang below the rod and exist aligned with the guides of the angling rod.

Step 2

• Fill the spinning reel spool until line at the front of the spool is well-nigh one/16 of an inch below the lip of the spool. When casting, this configuration keeps the line flowing freely over the lip of the reel spool without tangling.

Warnings
